What's open right now

18 fields · 606 roles publish an hourly rate

Most of these are contract work paid by the hour, not salaried positions — you take what fits around whatever else you do. Ranges come from the employer, not from us, and the 64 roles that publish no rate say “Not disclosed” rather than an invented figure.

How it actually works

01

Apply

Pick a program below and apply directly through it. Takes a few minutes.

02

Recorded interview

A structured interview, usually voice-based, run by an AI agent. On most programs your screen is shared and your camera is on, and the session is recorded.

03

Human review & match

A specialist reviews the recording, then you're routed to roles that fit — no recruiter gatekeeping the first look.

Turing

Remote engineering and AI work with US companies

Varies by role · usually a live human interview

Turing places software engineers and technical specialists into remote roles with US companies, including AI training and model-evaluation work. You create a developer profile and are matched to roles rather than applying to each posting separately. How you're assessed is set per role — most commonly a live technical interview — and the posting spells it out.

Why this site exists

Most referral bonuses exist because a company is trusting the referrer's judgment about a candidate. That only works at small scale between people who know each other. Most of the programs listed here don't work that way — the interview is the actual filter, and it's the same interview whether you found the role here or on your own. Sending more people toward it doesn't dilute anything. The rest are open marketplaces where anyone can sign up and pitch clients directly — no filter to dilute in the first place.

Every listing links straight to the official application or sign-up. We don't run the interview, see your recording, hold your data, or promise an outcome — the platform evaluates you exactly as it would have anyway. Be aware that most of these programs record your screen and camera during the interview and have a human review that recording; each platform page spells out what it actually does.
